What happens after the trial?
Choose Essential or Pro. Without a paid workspace plan, you can still use Free to view and comment on work shared with you. Your existing workspace remains readable and exportable.
Can other people work with me?
Yes. Anyone you invite can view and comment for free. Editing requires owner approval and the collaborator’s Essential or Pro subscription; only the owner manages people or deletes the project.
Can I take everything with me?
Yes. CSV and Excel include every task field plus links, recurrence and comments. Project files also preserve docs, boards, relationships, embedded media and the available seven-day file history.
Is AI included on every plan?
No. Free and Essential include no AI actions. Pro includes up to 50 AI actions a day, including writing help and project autofill.
